1 cup reduced-fat Oreo cookie crumbs
¼ cup reduced fat graham cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons melted (cholesterol free) margarine
6 ounces fat-free cream cheese
4 ounces light cream cheese
1 14-ounce can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fat-free chocolate syrup or topping
1½ Tablespoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 Tablespoons hot water
1 ¼ cup Frozen Cool Whip whipped topping (fat-free)
2 Tablespoons toasted slivered almonds for topping
Crust: In a small bowl, mix the Oreo and graham crumbs with the melted margarine. Spray the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
Filling: Remove frozen whipped topping from freezer to soften.
In a food processor beat the cream cheeses together with condensed milk until smooth. Add chocolate syrup and coffee mixture. Mix until smooth.
Add the whipped topping and mix carefully using the pulsing action of the food processor until blended.
Pour into the prepared crust.
Freeze for at least 6 hours. Sprinkle with the almonds.
