A lighter version of a traditional favorite.

3/4 Cup Diet Margarine
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Baking Soda
2 ¾ Cups Quick Cooking Oats
3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
* PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F
* BEAT BUTTER AND SUGARS TOGETHER. ADD EGG WHITES, MOLASSES, AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.. IN A SEPARATE BOWL STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, SALT, CINNAMON, BAKING SODA AND OATS. COMBINE WITH BUTTER MIXTURE. ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
* DROP ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS OF DOUGH 1 INCH APART ONTO BAKING SHEETS SPRAYED WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY.
BAKE FOR 10 to 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.
