This great snack is satisfying and healthy too.
1 15 to 19-Once can chickpeas
Olive Oil Spray
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 425° F. Place chickpeas (well drained, rinsed and patted dry) on a rimmed cookie sheet.
Bake, shaking every 10 minutes until golden brown and crunchy, about 35-45 minutes.
Pour into a large bowl. Lightly coat with olive oil spray. Add salt, paprika, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, use more to taste. Mix to coat evenly. Try other spices too.
