How do you ensure no cross contamination with your gluten free Macaroons?
Every batch of Nadja's Organic Macaroon cookie dough is gliadin tested and achieves superior results of under 5 part per million.

Are the online macaroons gluten free?
Our organic macaroons available online have no gluten ingredients but are not glaidin tested. Our organic macaroon dough available in your grocer's freezer section are gluten free and gliadin tested to ensure there is no cross contamination with the wheat and other gluten ingredients in our facility.
How do I ship to a different address?
Once you enter your credit card information you will have the opportunity to specify a separate shipping address.

How long will Nadja's Organic Cookies retain their quality and freshness?
Our Cookies and Macaroons arrive individually wrapped to help retain freshness.
√ Since we do not use any preservatives, they should be eaten within 3 days of arrival or frozen in sealed freezer bags or containers. Do not refrigerate.
√ Frozen COOKIES will thaw in 20 minutes OR for quicker delicious results warm, un-wrapped, in a 375 degree oven for 3 minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
√ Frozen MACAROONS will thaw in 40 minutes OR for quicker delicious results warm, un-wrapped, in a 375 degree oven for 6 minutes. Micro-waving Macaroons is not recommended.
Are the organic cookies and macaroons purchased online certified organic?
All of our ingredients and suppliers are USDA certified with the exception of baking soda which is not available or required for "organic" processed products. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) falls under the "allowed as ingredients in or on processed products labeled as organic" according to the National Organics Program Federal Regulations.
Do you make sugar free cookies?
Our Cookie brand specializes in great taste and using the healthiest natural ingredients possible. We do not use any artificial sweeteners.
